1. Rental fee is $150.00 a day plus an additional $100.00 deposit.
2. Deposit will be returned contingent upon the conditions of the banquet hall after the renter’s event.
3. Tables and chairs are property of the fire department and may be used by the renter. We request they are returned to the they were found, unless directed differently by the fire department representative.
4. Maximum capacity is 250 occupants.
5. Fire department property is smoke free.
6. Restrooms are included with the rental and they are located in the front foyer.
7. No permanent adhesive is to be used on fire department property, including glue, nails, tacks, ETC…
8. SCVFC is not responsible for any accidents occur within the event of the renter. Renter may be held responsible for any damaged or broken property.
9. Kitchen is not included in the rental.
10. Parking- Normal Parking is to the rear/side of the building.
Sunday – Left lot is available after 2PM. Before 2pm use gravel area or grass area behind the building if conditions allow.
NO PARKING IN FRONT OF THE FIRE ENGINE BAY DOORS.
